Here is what I put in my smoothie.
- I put about 4 large strawberries frozen & chopped
- One peach slice or small slice of melon
- 1/4 of a frozen banana
- Sometimes a small hand full of blueberries if I have them
- 2 large table spoons of vanilla yogurt
- 6 ozs of fat free milk
- one serving scoop of chocolate Slim Fast vitamin shake powder
- a single serving size of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter with dark chocolate!
